Jinfei Double Cut Shear Knife is engineered for precision cutting of the front and rear ends of steel coils in both cold rolling mills and hot strip mills. Designed to work seamlessly with side trimmer knives during plating, annealing, and rolling processes, our shear blades deliver reliable performance across a wide range of industrial applications—including non-ferrous metal processing, sheet metal fabrication, and steel service centers.
Capable of shearing up to 3.2mm cold-rolled coil and up to 12.7mm hot-rolled coil, these double-sided shear knives are manufactured from premium-grade tool steels such as 6CrW2Si, SKD11 (D2), LD, and H13K, selected based on material thickness and operational demands. The 6CrW2Si variant offers exceptional impact toughness—ideal for high-stress cutting of thicker hot-rolled strips—while SKD11 provides superior wear resistance for thin cold-rolled applications.
